Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad

Question: Will I be able to add a smart key to a 2023 VW Tiguan in the USA using   Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus ? The key is MQB 49 5C. If so, do I need a new key or can I use a used one? Here is the clue. You can use a used one. Not necessary new key. No need to unlock them (used OEM key), when you make the dealer key it overrides previous data. For 5C system, you can also use Xhorse XS, XM38 Toyota, XM38 series and XSMQB style keys.

VW Tiguan 2016 VDO Continental MQB35XX cluster add key successfully using   Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus . Read eeprom, read immo data, read sync data. All read obd. Generate Remote via VVDI Proximity key, then make dealer key, then learn remote, start car! Need   smart key Orange .  

User report: It is a VW Polo 2013 with dashboard JC 95320. Transponder chip: ID48 It does not work by reading eeprom. Cloned the transponder with   Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus , need an   Xhorse XN wireless remote key   and 100 points, clone transponder online via clone transponder menu, sniffer data near ignition contact, in max 5 minute should be ok. The remote you can add by immo, select remote System 09 bcm and should be ok.

Problem: Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus   failed to read Seat 2019 MQB49 5C non-keyless key data. I have an MCU 1.1 cable. All connections are made. It said CLK line not connected. Any solution?   Solution: The CLK (clock) cables are very short and must not be extended. They must be carefully soldered to specific processor pins (e.g., pin 24), as shown in the software’s diagram. Precision is essential to avoid short circuits. Using the multimeter, check the cable itself, if CLK wire (White) is shorted/connected to VCC wire (Red) or any other wire. It can be a faulty MCU cable. Change another MCU adapter or just put wires directly to DB15. Connect directly to DB15: 2 MSCL 3 MSDA 4 VCC 5 WAKE 10 GND Buy   solderless adapters   – they are working fine. Just solder 5 wires and connect to the white plug on main board from this adapter.  

Problem: Xhorse vvdi key tool plus   stopped working. It said cannot load Android system. Data may be corrupt. How to fix it? Solution: Do as it says. If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device. Slide up and down on both sides of the tablet and then select “ Factory data reset “.
