  Problem: An error occurred when program CAS4+ key with  xhorse vvdi key tool plus . Car not start. How can I recover the BMW CAS4 key code? It’s apparently missing or got lost during upgrade I guess. “The synchronize code between working key and CAS4+ system was lost!!! Provide extra power to car battery and check the working key. If this code was lost, you can perform key learning function with ISN and it will restore this code.”  Solution: Just do as software indicated connect an external power supply with vehicle and check working key. If sync key code is lost, you need to  program key with ISN.  ISN thru obd was wrong had to read direct and it was done got it started and all.   New Test report: successfully add a new spare key (ID49 proximity) to Ford Transit 2020 using xhorse vvdi key tool plus.   First of all prepared xs xhorse smart remote as other remotes are not suitable only xs. We know only MQB key works on ID49 for Ford.  And the vw key style it’s much stronger than the ford key. Generate  MQB smart remote  with the  vvdi mini key tool  under Transit 2016+ ID49 433Mhz. Connect the  xhorse key tool plus  to car, turned on the ignition with the original key, the device process security access (about 5 minutes), inserted a new key into the ignition.
