  New user report: Made MQB Skoda Octavia 2018 all keys lost with xhorse tools. Tested  VVDI Prog  and  VVDI key tool plus  read MQB dashboard. Both devices have bought the new  VAG MQB license . Without you cannot read the data on dashboard. and you need internet connection when you start to read the dashboard.   Here is the instruction to read VAG MQB 35XX locked immo data and program key with   xhorse vvdi key tool plus . It is similar to   vvdi2+ vvdi prog   (check  procedure ). But vvdi key tool plus will read immo data and decode by itself.   Procedure: Go to Immo programming->VW->Select by type-> Instrument-MQB48 (VDO/JCI-NEC35xx locked)-> Start programming Then select  Read Immo data ->Use the programmer to read data directly Check wiring diagram in tablet or check wiring here Xhorse VVDI Prog V5.2.5 Adds VAG MQB48 NEC35XX Here we use lift pin method. Then read immo data and save. NOTE: The saved immo data is still encrypted.   Q:  Trying to do Land Rover Discovery 3 All keys lost via   xhorse vvdi key tool plus   prog immo but cannot find option for discovery 3 prog immo option. Solution: You need to read it with  VVDI prog . Discovery 3/RangeRover Sport CEM. You need to remove a component and put a 10kohm resistor in line. CEM read function is not there.. Not all vvdi prog functions are in Key tool plus. Keytool plus cannot read PIC from CEM. Use vvdi prog. Then make dealer key with keytool plus.
