  Pay attention to delete key functions of the new   Xhorse XD8ASKGL Toyota 8A AKL Adapter . We can add and delete older Toyota 8A smart keys on the same car without limitation. The key can be programmed to another car after being deleted. But for some latest Toyota with 8A and 4A smart keys, the deleted key cannot be programmed again, even original keys. The Delete key function is used to delete all absent keys. Keys that do not touch the ignition switch will be deleted and cannot be registered to use.   Always do ‘Add Smart Key’ operation when we add a key or do all keys lost  unless you are requested to do AKL.     When executing  Backup Smart Box EEPROM Data  and program key,   vvdi key tool plus  will ask to load smart box eeprom data, after you load eeprom data, the deleted key cannot be programmed again. If didn’t do Backup eeprom data, the deleted keys can be learned to car. For old Toyota 8A proximity, we can only save one key, and then add new keys one by one; For new Toyota

  Problem: I was working on an audi A5 all keys lost. I tried to read bcm2 with my  vvdi key tool plus  and soldering free adapter but key tool plus keeps telling me that failed to connect with the adapter. I correctly connected the adapter with DB15 cable. Don’t know why KTP still can’t connect to the adapter. It’s my first time using  bcm2 adapter  with Keytool plus. I was able to read the bcm2 with same adapter but with the  vvdi prog . Solution: 1).  Check if the adapter is connected to the board properly.   Problem:  I have a problem generating Ford F150 ID49  remote  with  xhorse vvdi key tool plus . It says the latest remote does not support 868, 902mhz frequency. Answer: The latest remote cannot generate 868mhz, 902mhz remote. Use the old remote before v2.0 to generate. You cannot tell the remote version from the appearance.
