Program Toyota H Chip All Key Lost by Xhorse Key Tool Plus

This is a test on using Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus to program Toyota H chip when all keys lost on bench.

Toyota IMMO box

Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad

Toyota 8A Non-Smart Key AKL Adapter

VVDI Super Chip

Use Toyota 8A AKL Adapter to connect with Key Tool Plus & IMMO box.

(Toyota 8A AKL Adapter can also connect to OBD2 port directly, without removing IMMO box)

Let’s read the transponder info first.

Put a VVDI Super Chip into Key Tool Plus coil hole, press

Transponder clone >> Read transponder

As you can see, it is a Ford Mazda chip.

How to program VAG MQB49 key with xhorse vvdi key tool plus ? This is a frequently asked question. Here’s the clue. Only Johnson Control instrument is supported by xhorse . Xhorse key tool plus or vvdi2 will only add key to MQB49 (still need sync data), they cannot do MQB49 all keys lost. 1. Calculate immo data online Try to read immo data with key tool plus, if failed to read immo data (shown as error image below).
