Before use the VVDI 8A Adapter to make key, you need to combine it & update it to the latest version. In general situation, car should with immo chips, all 3 lights of adapter are on. The adapter can control the circuit.

 

  1. Use 12V of bench to simulate car battery, black clip connect with negative electrode”-”, read with positive electrode “+”;

  1. Make sure 3 lights are on, if connection has not problem but lights are not on, try re-plug the J6 plug;

  1. On operation system, choose close xhorse 8A adapter voltage, test 2 pins with yellow color of J3 plug whether output 12V or not(normally they are not output 12V);

 

  1. Try test 2 pins again after turn on the voltage(normal situation is output 12V);

If all above tests are with abnormal status, which means the 8A adapter was broken. It should return back to factory for repair.

How to Add Key 2019 VW POLO MQB49/5C by Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus

  Today 2019 VW POLO MQB49/5C add key success. Used   Xhorse vvdi key tool plus pad   for the whole process. Add key mqb platform (Johnson cluster and new MQB49/5C type on key tool plus are online. Read data with pad, then sent it for online calculation (cost  1 token  – must be charged before). You have to use a token to add a spare key from working key. After 3 minutes I got immo data file which automatically saved into the device. After that you make dealer key (used  Xhorse proxy MQB  style) and program to the car as usual.
