To program BMW FEM key (add key or all keys lost) with key tool plus, 3 steps should be carried out.

Step 1: Read key info.

Step 2: Program FEM/BDC system

Step 3: Prepare dealer key

Read key information

Get all the key ID and status (whether to enable) in the car immo system.

Read the car immo system status, version number and key ID and key status, etc.

If there is an abnormal situation for the vehicle, please continue after correction.

Programming FEM/BDC system

This function will automatically back up FEM/BDC system code, the backup code will fail during the preprocessing process, you need to back up manually (it is OK to back up successfully once during the entire vehicle operation process).

Today 2019 VW POLO MQB49/5C add key success. Used Xhorse vvdi key tool plus pad for the whole process. Add key mqb platform (Johnson cluster and new MQB49/5C type on key tool plus are online. Read data with pad, then sent it for online calculation (cost 1 token – must be charged before). You have to use a token to add a spare key from working key.
